EAST POINT, GA (WXIA) — East Point Police have arrested Ebony Monique Dickens, a woman they said had been trying to incite people to kill all white police officers in a social media posting.

According to Cliff Chandler from the East Point Police Department, a person identifying themselves as Tiffany Milan made the post to Facebook at about 6 p.m. on Monday.

Atlanta Police alerted East Point Police of the post once they had determined the post had likely come from that area.

In the post, Milan (Dickens) says that all black people should “rise up and shoot at every white cop in the nation starting NOW.”

She goes on to say that she condones black on white killings, and that she “might kill at least fifteen tomorrow.”

She concludes by saying, “Death to all white cops nationwide.”

Police said Dickens has been charged with one count of dissemination of information related to terroristic threats. She is being held pending a first court appearance.
